You may pay for your purchases using PayPal. We have chosen this method of payment to protect you, the customer, since PayPal offers secure payment processing. Through PayPal you may use any major credit card and echecks.

Using PayPal means that your personal account information is not on numerous computers all over the internet, as only PayPal will handle your transaction payment for you. PayPal does so without giving your personal account information to any of their registered merchants.

If you don’t want to use PayPal to pay for your purchase, send us an email at [email protected] listing the items you wish to purchase and we will place a temporary hold on the doll and/or accessories until your money order or bank check arrives. Please no personal checks.

Payments for Portrait and Design a Doll

These dolls require a non-refundable deposit of $75. Once the doll is completed you will be notified by e-mail and asked to complete the payment. Once payment is received your special doll will be shipped to you.


We pledge that any information given to us will only be used to process your order, notify you of new products or specials. We do not share your private information with anyone. We are not involved in the selling, trading or alternative use of personal information.

Returns/Damaged Merchandise

All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number (return merchandise authorization). To obtain your RMA number, please contact us via e-mail, make sure to include in the message your order number, items to be returned. Once we have sent you an RMA number, the merchandise must be repackaged in the same manner as in was sent, preferably in the original boxes with the original packing slips and paperwork received. On the outside of the box, write the RMA number. We suggest that you insure the package as we will not be responsible for any return packages lost in transit.

Please note that refunds will exclude shipping and handling fees. PayPal credit handling fees will also be deducted.

We will not accept returns on items that have been exposed to cigarette or any other type of smoke, mold/mildew, water or are returned in any other condition other than the original shipping condition.

Damages should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Keep the boxes containing the damaged merchandise as proof. We will do our best to replace or repair any damaged merchandise. Follow the steps below to return damaged merchandise:

Order confirmation number
Item number of damaged merchandise
Tracking number
# 2. Contact us via e-mail to obtain instructions and a RMA number.
# 3. Re-box the damaged merchandise in it’s original packing including copies of any packing slips or paperwork received. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
# 4. Return to us the damaged merchandise.

All dolls that are shipped are checked thoroughly for any damage then packed carefully to ensure that you receive it in excellent condition.


All merchandise is shipped Monday through Friday usually within three business days of receipt of the order. Portrait and Design A Dolls will be shipped within 4 to 8 weeks (time it takes to create your special doll) of order placement. Once you have submitted your order and payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please verify your order and let us know immediately if there is a discrepancy.

Our orders are shipped by the US Postal Service or UPS. Priority shipping is available and shipping cost will be increased accordingly. Shipping rates will be assessed once your order is complete.
